Cheese fondues of every description (‘half and half’, or with tomato, mushroom or shallots), traditional specialties such as savoury stews to warm your heart and bring back memories, specialties made with mountain herbs gathered in the summer... with pride of place given to sausages and other local dried meats, all washed down with local wines which you’re bound to enjoy!

In summer you can arrange a ‘discussion-excursion’ and a high-altitude lunch, challenge your team with a tree-top adventure course or via ferrata, or spend the night in a bivouac or hut.
