That is what we highlighted during the second experiential day organized for CESI (Campus d'Enseignement Supérieur et de Formation Professionnelle - Higher education and professional training center) Aix-en-Provence, within the training program called ODM (Operational Direction Manager) designed for professionals.
June 26 was the second day among a series of four, called Experiential Days, each day closing a specific skills unit. During the first edition, organized on February 5, participants had been taken on a regatta along the Marselle Bay to better understand the concept of team spirit. The deep analysis of each behavior throughout the had led to a rich debriefing at the end, where everybody could learn from the mistakes and successes of others.
For this second edition, "entrepreneur spirit" was at the heart of the experience. Perseverance, daring, turning issues into opportunities, managing the unexpected, all these skills were approached and analyzed through an orienteering, organized in the Calanques of Cassis, in the South of France. A wonderful day for our participants who, once more, revealed themselves and learned so much on them and on others.
